Due to a surge in orders for winter events, delivery of orders placed in December and January will be delayed by up to 5 weeks from the period notified.
Although we have increased work volume and production as much as possible by increasing manpower and working on weekends, it has been difficult to complete delivery within the announced period, so we are inevitably informing you of a delay.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers who placed their orders with confidence.
As an apology for the delay in delivery, customers who place orders between December and January will receive a wig (design randomly given) that matches the size of the doll they ordered.
Currently, orders are being produced and shipped sequentially, and all departments are focusing on production.
Please understand that this may make it difficult to confirm the approximate delivery schedule.
All of our employees are doing their best to minimize delays, so we ask for your understanding.
In addition, we would like to inform you that orders for the 25th Anniversary GSDF75 Caron Head and overseas events are managed separately and will not affect winter event orders.
